24 Aug Non-Violent Felony Expungements
Where there is a will, there is a way… Let us help break those chains keeping you prisoner!
There are many Non-Violent Felonies that still allow you to become eligible for the expungement process. According to the law in the State of Oklahoma, as long as the non-violent offense is not listed in Section 571 of Title 57 in the Oklahoma Statutes, your felony offense is eligible for expungement.
Here is a list of crimes that are not eligible for expungement according to Section 571:
-
Assault, Battery, or Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon
-
Assault and Battery with a Deadly Weapon
-
Poisoning with Intent to Kill
-
Shooting with Intent to Kill
-
Murder (1st Degree and 2nd Degree)
-
Manslaughter (1st Degree and 2nd Degree)
-
Kidnapping
-
Burglary (1st Degree)
-
Robbery
-
Child Abuse
-
Rape
Even though a lot of non-violent felonies allow you to be eligible for expungement, a lot of people still do not pursue or seek assistance through that expungement process. You are the only person that truly knows what it was like to be in the situation that led to a criminal record being created on your behalf in the first place. Unfortunately, even though your circumstances might tell a story of innocence, or the facts were misconstrued, or you just made an honest or dishonest mistake in your past, you will not get to tell that story when your prospective employer or school admissions facilitator pulls that criminal background from the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.
Do not let a $15.00 governmental record check stand between you and the job you are looking to land or that acceptance letter you are dying to receive.
We are here.
We want to help you.
Our entire motivation behind our expungement project is to offer reasonable prices to the members of our community who know that it is just a matter of money (and dealing with an attorney… yuck!) that is keeping them from fearlessly submitting that application, for whatever brings you to the next stage in your life…
We want to talk to you and determine whether or not your past mistakes are eligible for expungement and whether or not you are willing to take the next step to becoming free of your past burdens in a matter of weeks!
We hope that you are not being held back by unreasonable attorney’s fees and being fast-talked and swindled by a guy or gal with a several hundred thousand dollar education.
Our Offer is Simple:
Oklahoma, Tulsa, and Neighboring Counties:
-
$1,000.00
*Some municipalities (if a party to the lawsuit) might charge a separate processing fee.
That’s it. You pay $1,000.00 and that covers our attorney’s fee, court filing fee, court costs, miscellaneous postage, and OSBI processing fee. We will provide you updates throughout the process and once the Judge signed Order is sent to OSBI for processing, it is just a matter of weeks before nothing shows up on your criminal background!!
